Lucy Gillette'S Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks Nucoa
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    flavoring to taste (lemon or vanilla)
    5 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Cream
    butter
    and
    sugar until smooth; add eggs alternately with flour and salt; beat well and add flavoring.
    Bake in a slow oven for an hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cocoa may be omitted for a plain cake.
