Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 small can peas, drained
    2 bunches green onions, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    2 or 3 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 to 8 slices bacon
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Let cool and crumble.
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil (or grease from bacon) and cook eggs like scrambled.
    Remove from heat.
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add rice and stir-fry until heated through.
    Add onions and peas and stir-fry for a few minutes.
    Add
    bacon, eggs and soy sauce. Stir-fry until heated through, 1 to 2 minutes.
