Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
1 c. cooked rice (preferably brown)
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 stick margarine
mushrooms as desired
2/3 c. canned skimmed evaporated milk
1 can cream of chicken or cream of anything soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation

Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine.
Add milk, soup and cheese to sauteed mixture.
After all these ingredients are mixed well, remove from heat and add rice and broccoli.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
