Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    1 2 lb. Velveeta cheese cubed room temperature
    1 garlic top
    2 or 3 Jalapenos peppers pickled
    1 medium onion chopped
Preparation
    Blend mayonnaise and cheese until smooth.
    Blend garlic, onion, and peppers until liquid.
    Add to cheese; mix about 2 minutes or until smooth.
    Do not over mix.\tIt will become oily! Can be done in large food processor or in a heavy duty mixer; using a blender for the onion and pepper mixture.
    Good with corn chips, crackers or on baked potatoes.
    Keep refrigerated.
