Zucchini Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    4 c. shredded zucchini
    2 c. diced Swiss cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
    6 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
    4 eggs
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Layer zucchini, cheese, mushrooms and bacon crumbs on bottom of pie shell.
    Beat together eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pour into pie shell.
    Sprinkle top with parsley flakes. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
