Olive Surprises - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    36 stuffed olives, drained
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cream butter or margarine and Cheddar cheese until blended. Add remaining ingredients, except olives, and mix well.
    Chill 15 to 20 minutes.
    Shape a small portion of dough around each olive. Bake at 400\u00b0 about 15 minutes.
    If desired, these may be frozen on cookie sheet, put in plastic bags and stored in freezer until needed.
    Best served hot.
