Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 jars junior baby food carrots
    3 eggs
    1 c. drained crushed pineapple
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. walnuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and oil.
    Add carrots, eggs and pineapple. Sift rest of dry ingredients and add all ingredients together. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
