Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 oz. coon or sharp cheese
    1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Mix sausage with Bisquick.
    Mix well with hands.
    Melt cheese and add to mixture.
    Shape into small balls.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    These freeze well.
