Baked Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. black pepper, ground
    1 egg white
    4 (4 oz.) catfish fillets
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper, ground
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients; set aside.
    Whisk together egg white and milk.
    Drip fillets in milk mixture and dredge in cornmeal mixture.
    Place on a foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
    Sprinkle fillets with sesame seed and coat each fillet with cooking spray.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
    Serve with lemon wedges.
