Ingredients

1 c. sifted cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
2 whole eggs
1 c. heavy cream
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation

Sift
dry
ingredients.
Lightly
beat whole eggs.
Add cream. Stir into dry ingredients.
Fold in egg whites.
Serve with ice cream or sweetened fresh fruit.
