Macaroon Tart Shells(From "Light And Easy Cooking") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; stir well.
    Divide into 12 for muffin cups or smaller for mini-tarts.
    Can fill with coconut cream pudding when cooled. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until browned.
