Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Success Spanish Rice
    3 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
    1 1/2 c. celery
    1 c. lite Monterey Jack cheese, grated and divided
    1/2 c. salsa
    1/2 c. lite sour cream
    1/2 c. lite mayonnaise
    1 c. corn chips, crumbled
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to directions.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In large bowl, toss rice, chicken, celery and 3/4 of cheese and the salsa.
    In small bowl, mix sour cream and mayonnaise.
    Add to rice/chicken mixture.
    Put in large baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese and chips.
    Bake until bubbly.
