Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium potatoes
    5 slices bacon
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion
    parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; drain.
    Layer potatoes in bottom of Pyrex dish. Add layer of onion and a layer of bacon.
    Sprinkle top with cheese.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cheese melts.
