Toasted Coconut Butter Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. Baker's toasted coconut
    2 tsp. powdered sugar
    1 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar together.
    Add vanilla and cream until fluffy. Add flour all at once and blend. Add coconut and mix well. Shape into small balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Chill 15 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until delicately brown. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
