Tomatosalata(Tomato And Feta Cheese Salad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium sized ripe tomatoes
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
8 oz. Feta cheese, cubed
1/2 c. Greek or black olives
Preparation

Remove stem ends of tomatoes.
Cut into 1/2-inch cubes. (Makes about 5 cups).
Place in medium sized bowl.
Beat garlic, oregano, salt and pepper into lemon juice.
Blend in olive oil and beat well.
Set aside for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Toss cheese and olives with cubed tomatoes.
Pour dressing over and toss gently.
Serve at once.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
