Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. uncooked rolled oats
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour (save 1/2 c. to flour the dates)
1 tsp. soda
1 lb. dates, cut up
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; drop on baking sheet with teaspoon. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
