Onion-Olive Focaccia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size onion, cut into thin strips
    2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
    3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella
    Boboli type shell
Preparation
    Cook onion in 1 tablespoon of oil until tender.
    Combine mustard and red pepper and set aside.
    Brush bread with other tablespoon of oil.
    Spread mustard over, then sprinkle with onions, olives and cheese.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
    Cut into wedges.
