Self-Rising Fruit Or Berry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (use nutmeg with peaches)
1 c. milk
2 c. fresh or frozen sweetened fruit
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Melt oleo in 8 x 10-inch baking dish.
Remove from oven; cool slightly.
Combine sugar, cinnamon, flour and milk in this order. Stir to a smooth batter.
Pour into baking dish over melted oleo. Do not stir.
Combine fruit and lemon juice.
Pour into center of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
