Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small can tomato paste
2 small cans tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. oregano, ground
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation

Cook ground beef; crumble and drain excess fat.
Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, sugar, thyme, oregano and garlic.
Saute green pepper and onion in butter or oleo.
Add to sauce.
(If sauce seems to be too thick, add more tomato sauce or ketchup.) Simmer for at least 1 hour or cook in crock-pot on low heat for most of day.
