Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) light cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. finely chopped mango pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped pecans, divided, 1 for mixture and 1 to roll on outside of log
Preparation

Combine cheese, pineapple, mango pepper, salt and onion.
Add 1 cup pecans and mix well. Shape in balls or logs and roll in the remainder of pecans.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
