Hot Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 lb. polska kielbasa sausage, sliced
5 lb. chicken wings, legs or breasts
1 large bottle Louisiana hot sauce
1 (24 oz.) can beer
1 1/2 c. red wine (the cheap stuff)
1 (16 oz.) bottle cheap Italian dressing
1 (24 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation

Mix beer, wine, Italian dressing, hot sauce and some water together and cover chicken and sausage completely in lasagna pan. Let marinate for 2 or 3 days covered in the refrigerator.
