Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. salad oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 to 2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2 Tbsp. flour
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. chili powder
6 corn tortillas
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Heat oil.
Add onion and garlic.
Saute until golden brown. Add meat and brown.
Sprinkle flour over meat and onion.
Add tomato sauce, water, vinegar, chili powder, salt and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes.
Line greased casserole with some sauce.
Add tortilla and top with grated cheese and sauce.
Repeat another layer.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
