Royal Icing(Egg White Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites (room temperature)
    4 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients at high speed for 7 to 10 minutes. Use immediately.
    Reheating
    will not restore texture so keep icing covered
    with a damp cloth;
    for making decorations and flowers that last.
    It's a smooth hard drying icing.
