Beef Manawatu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. stew beef
    1/2 lb. sausage links, cut in half
    1 small onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    5 oz. (3/4 c.) ketchup
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. jellied consomme
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    To grease, add stew beef, onion and garlic.
    Brown meat and add ketchup.
    Cook until the ketchup turns brown (about 5 minutes).
    Add consomme and parsley.
    Cook about 10 minutes more.
