Low-Fat Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. applesauce
2 well beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
sugar (for topping)
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Alternately mix in applesauce and eggs. Gently fold in mashed bananas.
Pour in greased loaf pan.
Dust loaf lightly with sugar.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
