Country Fruit Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. mashed banana or drained, crushed pineapple
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. each: salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs; beat in oil and sugar.
    Stir in cottage cheese and fruit.
    Add to sifted dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves or spoon into 4 (5 x 3-inch) loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
