Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
    2 c. sugar
    2 cans evaporated skim milk (approximately 3 c.)
    3 c. 1% or skim or whole milk
    2 c. fresh strawberries, mashed (about 2 pt.)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl; add remaining ingredients, stirring to mix.
    Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1 gallon freezer.
    Freeze.
    Let ripen at least 1 hour.
    Yields 1 gallon.
