Zucchini Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. oil
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift and mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the rest of the ingredients.
Mix dry ingredients to the liquid mixture.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
You can bake in 2 round cake pans.
Ice with powdered sugar icing.
