Chernobyl Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cubed sirloin
8 oz. tomato puree
3/4 c. ground dry chili peppers
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
3/4 lb. goat cheese
1/2 c. olive oil
1 can Stroh's beer
1 c. chopped Vidalia onion
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. ground red cayenne pepper
Preparation

Sear meat in oil until brown.
Place in slow cooker.
Add tomato puree and beer to meat.
Add chili pepper, garlic, onion, oregano, paprika, salt and cumin to meat.
Simmer 1 hour.
Stir but leave the lid on as much as possible.
Add cayenne pepper and simmer 2 more hours, stirring often.
Add goat cheese and stir while cooking another 30 minutes.
