Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 garlic clove or garlic salt
6 Tbsp. salad oil or butter
16 oz. chili seasoned tomato sauce or chili seasoning packet
2 cans tomatoes
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. diced ham or smoked sausage
24 oz. popcorn shrimp (or chicken, pork or fish)
Preparation

Cook onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in oil or butter. Add Tabasco to taste.
Put all ingredients in pot.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
Serve over rice or as a soup with bread or crackers.
Serves 10.
