Frozen Slaw(Makes Approximately 10 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, chopped fine
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 carrots, chopped
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put cabbage into colander and drain 1 to 2 hours.
    Chop green pepper and carrots and set side.
