Icebox Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 pound butter
    1 pound marshmallows
    1 pound graham cracker crumbs
    1 pound shelled pecans
    1 (7 1/4 ounce) box pitted dates
    1/2 pound candied mixed fruit
    1/2 pound candied pineapple
    1 pound candied cherries
    4 tablespoons brown sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter and marshmallows in top of double boiler.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
    Pour melted butter and marshmallows over ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into loaf or roll.
    Wrap in wax paper and aluminum foil and store in refrigerator.
