Sour Cream Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. chicken bouillon crystals
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Roll chicken in flour flavored with salt and pepper.
Brown lightly on both sides.
Roll in seasoned bread crumbs and place in shallow baking dish.
Spread mushrooms over top of chicken.
Mix chicken bouillon, mushroom soup and sour cream in a bowl, then pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
