Spinach Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vinegar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cook the spinach with the onion.
    Melt the butter; add the spinach, well drained, and stir it.
    Then add the salt and sour cream or yogurt and blend it together.
    Finally, stir in the vinegar and serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
