Simple Simon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    sweet Italian sausage
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    any spices you like
Preparation
    Cook sausage.
    Add spinach; cook until done.
    Drain.
    Mix the cream cheese with a little milk to make smooth.
    Put all eggs in bowl and beat.
    Add cream cheese, sausage and spinach; mix well. Pour into souffle dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
