Basic Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/4 c. butter
    dash of salt
    1 jar marshmallow cream
    1 large pkg. chocolate bits
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the first four ingredients in a saucepan and stir constantly.
    Add the next four ingredients and boil 9 minutes.
    Be sure to stir constantly or it will scorch your pan.
    Yield:
    4 pounds.
