Sliced Turkey With Cranberry Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 c. whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 small green onion, finely chopped
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. roast turkey breast, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
Preparation

Combine tomatoes, cranberry sauce, green onion, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper in medium-size bowl. Transfer half of the mixture to the container of a food processor. Pulse with on-off motion until mixture reaches the consistency of a thick sauce.
Add sauce in blender back to mixture in bowl. Stir to combine.
Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
