Chicken Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

boiling hen
5 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix (Martha White)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. cooked rice
3 bunches green onions
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. black pepper
4 toasted bread heels
9 raw eggs
7 boiled eggs
1 large onion
Preparation

Boil hen that has been seasoned.
Debone.
Bake according to instructions the cornbread.
Crumble into chicken broth and soup and rice.
Saute green onions (tops and all) and onion in margarine.
Add seasonings.
Place in cornbread mixture along with toasted bread and eggs and deboned chicken.
Mix thoroughly.
Place in appropriate pan and cook.
