Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fat-free sour cream
    1 3/4 c. skim milk
    3 Tbsp. Butter Buds
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 large potatoes (unpeeled)
    1 medium onion, diced
Preparation
    In bowl, whisk together sour cream, milk, Butter Buds, cornstarch and pepper.
    Spray pan with vegetable oil spray. Slice potatoes 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick.
    Place 1/2 potatoes in pan. Cover with 1/2 sour cream mixture.
    Put 1/2 onions on top.
    Place the rest of potatoes, sour cream mixture and onions.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove foil and continue baking for 20 minutes.
