2 lb. butter or margarine
2 lb. 4 oz. peanut butter
1 lb. 12 oz. sugar
1 lb. 12 oz. brown sugar
7 oz. eggs
2 lb. 8 oz. all-purpose flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 qt. raw shelled peanuts
1/4 c. cinnamon
1 c. vanilla
Preparation

Mix fat, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar and eggs at medium speed until well blended.
Beat in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt at low speed until well blended.
Stir in peanuts at low speed.
Using No. 40 scoop (1 3/5 tablespoons), drop onto 2 ungreased pans (about 18 x 26 x 1-inch).
Drop 2-inches apart. Bake at 375\u00b0 (moderate oven) for 12 minutes or until brown.
Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
