Green Noodle And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. ham cubes
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    2 c. green noodles, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion in 1 tablespoon margarine until tender.
    Blend in flour and seasonings, gradually add milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickens.
    Add cheese, ham and mushrooms; stir until cheese is melted.
    In 10 x 6-inch baking dish, layer half of noodles and sauce, repeat layers.
    Top with crumbs tossed with 2 tablespoons melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
