Tangy Mustard Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. red onion, chopped
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or American cheese
Preparation
    Cut cauliflower flowerets from main stem and steam until tender.
    Place in mixing bowl and set aside.
    Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl and toss with cauliflower.
    Serve hot.
