Banana-Sour Cream Jubilee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 to 4 Tbsp. maraschino cherries, chopped
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 to 2 bananas, mashed
1/4 to 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in order and mix.
Pour into paper baking cups and freeze.
Serve on lettuce.
Garnish with additional marschino cherries, nuts, lemon twists, mint leaves or orange slices.
Serves 12.
