Black Bean Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped, peeled and seeded tomatoes
    1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1 c. cubed ham, cooked
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans or garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 c. chopped cucumber, yellow squash and/or zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped green or yellow pepper
    1/4 c. thinly sliced green onion
    2 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
