Teresa'S Poor Man'S Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. tomatoes, peeled
    4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (6 oz.) flavored jello
Preparation
    Puree tomatoes in food processor or blender.
    Place in saucepan with sugar and lemon juice.
    Bring to boil, simmer 25 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Add jello, any flavor, stir until dissolved.
    Freeze.
