White Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. diced celery
1/3 c. diced onion
1/3 c. diced carrots
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 (16 oz.) can white beans
8 oz. smoked sausage, diced
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
1 pkg. chicken gravy mix
Preparation

Saute onions, carrots, celery and garlic in butter.
Add water, thyme, pepper and gravy mix and bring to a boil.
Add sausage and beans; reduce heat, cover and simmer about 15 minutes.
