Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 lb. Colby or Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 medium carrots, grated
    1 onion, diced
    8 oz. box fresh mushrooms, sliced
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 box (double pack) pork flavored Stove Top stuffing mix
Preparation
    Steam zucchini until tender and place in greased casserole dish.
    Layer all the cheese.
    Next, layer with soup mixture. Next, melt margarine and add to packs of stuffing mix.
    Place on top and bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
