Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 to 1 c. pecan pieces
Preparation

Beat together oil and sugar.
Add eggs and beat more.
Beat all ingredients.
Put in greased loaf pans 3/4 full.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
