Low Calorie Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dry bread cubes
1 1/2 c. skim milk, scalded
2 3/4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low (instead of sugar)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. raisins
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Soak bread cubes in scalded milk for 5 minutes; add Sweet 'N Low, cinnamon and raisins.
Pour over beaten eggs; add vanilla and blend well. Pour into greased baking dish.
Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0
about 50 minutes until firm.
Makes 4 servings.
