Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
    2 diced bananas
    2 c. sour cream
    1 grated lemon rind and juice
    3 Tbsp. chopped maraschino cherries
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Spoon into paper cups placed in muffin tins.
    Freeze.
    Makes 8 to 9 servings.
